what kind of cake was it?
it's the chocolate vegan cake recipe from the joy of cooking (though we ended up using some butter), with whipped cream and cherries in between the layers. not too hard to make, even for me!
Great job, Brian! The cake looks delicious.
Since it is so easy to make, maybe we can expect an 'encore' of the cake in Flemington?
